How can I place an order?
From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
- Add the product to your Shopping Bag.
- Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your Shopping Bag.
- Enter your email and your shipping address.
- Select a shipping method and a payment method.
- Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy".
If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorized. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.
After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on Dice Kayek will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Can I shop on my mobile device?
Yes! You can navigate the mobile-optimized version of our website.
Why can’t I complete my order?
Please check that you have correctly entered the data for your selected method of payment. If you are paying with a credit card and you are asked to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or an alternative authentication method in order to authorize the payment, please ensure that you have followed all of the instructions provided by your credit card issuer.
If the problem persists, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer and in the meanwhile to use an alternative payment method.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 10 AM (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10 AM (CEST) will be dispatched the next day. All goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will be refunded. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact shop@dicekayek.com.
What method of payment is accepted?
Dice Kayek accepts payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
Can I order by telephone?
We hope to add this service one day, but for now, please shop directly on our website.
Do you accept bank transfer payments?
Please note that we do not accept bank transfers.
When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.

What countries does Dice Kayek ship to?
Dice Kayek ships worldwide, except Russia and Latin America countries because of these countries import customs legislations.

Dice Kayek offers Standard shipping worldwide.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will be dispatched the next business day. All goods are dispatched during business hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.
We offer complimentary DHL Standard Delivery:
Europe: 2-3 days
USA: 3-5 days
Rest of the World: 3-5 days
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Orders outside of the UK and EU may have to pay an import charge. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are sorry to hear you didn’t receive your package. We would like to help you locate it.
Please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address on the order confirmation email and confirm that it matches your place of residence/business.
- Double-check your back door and/or your mailbox, mailroom, or receiving office. The courier may have dropped the package off at a location they deemed to be safer.
- Determine if your family, housemates, or neighbors signed for the package upon delivery.
- If you are able to obtain the ‘Proof of Delivery’ from the courier, inquire with the person who signed for your package.
- If you know your mail person, ask them to confirm where and when the package was delivered.
If you are still unable to locate the parcel after these steps, please email us at shop@dicekayek.com.
A customer care agent will be able to help you with the next steps once you confirm that you have completed each step above.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
During 15 business days from the delivery of your package, you may request to return or exchange your order. After this delay, unfortunately, we cannot accept it anymore.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, altered or washed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging fully intact and with the original labels still attached to each product. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.
** All sale items are not eligable for returns or exchanges.

Can I return sale items?
All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the current status of your shipment. Please allow up to two hours for the tracking number to become active.
How do I know what the best size is for me?
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
- A size conversion chart to help convert international sizes
- Size of the garment worn by the model, alongside their specific measurements

How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply click on ACCOUNT on the top right corner of the page and register.
What is the benefit of having an account and can I shop without one?
To make purchases on the Dice Kayek Online Boutique you do not need to register; however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Creating an account will allow you to:
- Keep track of current orders and view previous purchases. In the My Orders section, you can find an archive of the orders made from that account. By clicking on the Order Number, you will be able to see the details of the purchase and the delivery status. From here, you can also access all of the details related to any returns.
- Place orders with greater ease; all of your billing and shipping information is kept on file
- Access your Wishlist. You can save items of interest in order to find them again easily, check if there is limited availability and proceed directly to purchase with a simple click.
- Sign up for the Dice Kayek newsletter in order to know about our new arrivals, upcoming sales, and other updates
What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page and follow the procedure to change it.

How do I manage my email preferences or unsubscribe to the newsletter?
Simply log in to your account and you will find a section called Email Preferences to manage your settings.
How do I make a wishlist?
Log in or create a Dice Kayek account to make a Wishlist. Guests cannot make Wishlists.
To add items to a Wishlist, click on the product you want to add and select the heart. Click or tap on the heart to reverse this selection.
Please note: putting items in your Wishlist does not reserve them. The item will still be available for purchase by other customers.
To view your wishlist, simply click the heart at the top right corner or log in to your account where you will find a tab entitled Wishlist where your favorite items will be displayed. Use this page to modify the current Wishlist by removing items or transferring them to the shopping bag for purchase.
How can I search for an item?
To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu, or browse our selections on the homepage. To find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.
What product information is available?
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description, product details, sizes with a sizing guide, and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
Do you make couture?
Yes! Our couture service is tailor-made to order created specifically for each individual client. For a couture consultation please contact us at shop@dicekayek.com.
What is the price range for couture?
Prices vary depending on the design and material.
What is the customization service you offer on all products?
We offer a bespoke service tailored to your needs. You can personalize any purchase by requesting our Customization Service at our boutique or at a distance by detailing your measurements.
Can I reserve an item to try on in the boutique?
Yes, Dice Kayek is happy to offer this to its clients.
Our "Reserve in boutique" service allows you to verify the availability of the items you are interested in online, and reserve them for a chance to try them on in our Paris boutique.
Simply fill out the form below with your contact details and state the product code, your size, and/or your preferred color combination. You will be contacted by one of our staff to confirm your reservation.
How many Ready-to-Wear collections does Dice Kayek make?
We make four Ready-to-Wear collections per year, including Fall Winter, Spring Summer, Pre-Fall, and Resort.

Sisters Ece and Ayse Ege launched Dice Kayek in 1992. Over the past three decades, the brand has built a reputation for its carefully curated universe: one in which tradition combines with modernity, film, art and personal memories inform design, and architectural lines build strong structural silhouettes. A modern take on couture and craftsmanship underpin the Turkish heritage brand, which is based in Paris.
